Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TwoDollarQR provides dynamic QR code creation and scan analytics. When you create a QR code, we provide a short redirect URL that forwards scanners to a destination URL you control. You may update the destination at any time from your dashboard.

2. Pricing and Billing

QR codes are billed at $20 per code per year. Pricing is subject to change. If we raise prices, your existing codes will renew at the rate in effect at the time of your last payment for the remainder of that billing period. We will provide advance notice of price changes by email.

Paying annually is the most cost-effective option and helps us keep prices low by reducing payment processing overhead.

3. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused time. If you cancel, your QR codes will continue to redirect through the end of your current billing period. After that, redirects will stop and codes will return an inactive notice.

If you have a billing error or were charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@twodollarqr.com within 30 days of the charge.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. Your codes remain active through the end of your paid period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

5. Support

We provide support on a best-effort basis via email at hello@twodollarqr.com. We do not offer guaranteed response times, SLAs, or dedicated support channels. TwoDollarQR is a low-cost service and our pricing reflects that — we handle support as capacity allows.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use TwoDollarQR to distribute malware, conduct phishing, link to illegal content, spam, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to disable codes or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

7. Uptime and Availability

We aim to keep redirects fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uptime or offer SLA credits. QR code redirects depend on our infrastructure and third-party services. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TwoDollarQR is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
